Cucumbers, Squash, Melons, Eggplant and Okra
Summer isn't complete if you can't slice a cucumber for your salad or make home-made pickles. Who can resists fried yellow squash or saute zucchini at dinner time. Of course there is no better way to cool off on a hot summer night with a slice of melon.
